At Bosita, we ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. We ship across India and provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience. Our shipping policies are designed to be customer-friendly so you can shop with complete peace of mind!

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, including prepaid and COD purchases. There are no hidden fees or extra COD charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay!

  • We always have exciting offers and discounts running on prepaid orders 365 days a year!

  • To get the best deals, we highly recommend checking out our prepaid payment offers instead of choosing COD.

  • Prepaid orders help us process your shipments faster, ensuring a smoother experience for you!

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are indicative and may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Bosita is not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments, but you will not be charged anything extra.

  • Once shipped, we will send you an email & text message with tracking details to monitor your order status.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for most locations. However, some pin codes may not be eligible based on our courier partners' policies.

  • COD is not a trial option. Customers must make the payment before accepting the order.

  • Repeated refusals or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to deactivation of COD for future purchases.

Special Delivery Requests

  • If you have urgent or time-sensitive delivery requests, please mention them in the order notes and email us at support@bosita.in.

  • While we will try our best to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.

Courier Partners & Service Availability

  • We ship via trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Amazon Shipping.

  • We use standard and reliable courier services, so you don't have to worry about receiving your shipment with struggles.

  • If your location is not serviced by our standard courier partners, we will contact you to find an alternative shipping solution.

Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by emailing us at support@bosita.in.

  • If an order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • If an order is refused at the doorstep or experiences three failed delivery attempts, we will not be able to process a refund, and COD may be deactivated for future orders.

International Shipping (Coming Soon!)

  • We are working to expand our services and will soon offer international shipping.

  • Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
