We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, and in original condition.

You can request a return or exchange by contacting our support team or filling out the return/exchange form on our website within 10 days of delivery.

Return or exchange shipping costs is free but also apply in some cases. If any, will be clearly communicated during the process.

Items that are used, damaged, customised, or returned without original packaging are not eligible. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we process your exchange or refund within 3–7 working days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Yes, exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or style of the same value. If the new item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference.
